- Sift self-raising flour into a bowl and add polenta and baking powder. Fold in a sprinkle of grated cheese then add creamed corn and buttermilk.
- Pour into greased muffin tray or small bread pan. Bake at 180C for 30mins.
For kids, use shaped oven-proof containers to bake the bread in. It's a fun way to serve the bread on the side of soups.
