This is a huge hit with my little boy,we love the tv show 'Grandpa in My Pocket' in they have a drink the aunt loves to drink Green Gloop, so i thought of using this way of getting my toddler to eat greens! He loved it!! A great healthy lunch.

15-30 minutes15 min30 min

  • 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 frozen spinach
  • 1 cup frozen peas or broad beans (skins removed if broad beans)
  • 1 small tin of cream corn
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder
  • ½ cup milk or cream

Place all vegetables in pot and cover with boiling water (this cuts the cooking time down on stove) when tender, remove from stove add stock powder and puree with a hand blender until smooth, adding cream or milk.
