Love a good salmon but always wait for a perfect night to cook it? Why not have one tonight with some veggies.


More than 30 minutes30 min




  • 2 pce salmon
  • Carrot
  • Corn
  • Peas


  1. Place salmon piece on a lined backing tray and cook at 180C for 40mins (more or less depending on salmon size).
  2. Cook desired vegie when need for required time.
  3. When ready place the vegies on a place and salmon piece on top.

*Be mindful to put the vegies on at the right time into cooking salmon so that they're not cold when you need to serve them.
