1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and put into a bowl, allow to cool slightly.
2. Mash potatoes, then add tuna, onion, olives and egg. Mix well. Add the flour. Form pattie shapes using a tablespoon. Coat patties in a little extra flour, then fry in a non-stick frying pan for 4-5 minutes on each side.
3.In the meantime, pour pasta sauce into a saucepan and simmer gently for 5-7 mins. Once patties are fried, pour some of the pasta sauce over the patties. Can be served with steamed vegies if desired
