- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornflour and sugar. Add beef and toss to coat. Stand for 5 min.Heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef in two batches.
- Reheat wok, add ginger, chilli, vegetables and stock. Stir-fry for 1-2 min. Return beef and season to taste with soy sauce. Cook 1 min. Serve with udon noodles
