Ingredients |
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 50g unsalted butter, chopped
- 200g good-quality dark cooking chocolate, finely chopped
- 200g block Old Gold Roast Almond Chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped macadamia nuts

Method
- Line sides and base of a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper.
- In a medium saucepan, gently heat condensed milk and butter over low heat until melted, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.
- Add both chocolates and stir until melted. Stir through macadamias then immediately pour fudge into pan.
- Smooth top and refrigerate for 2-4 hr or until firm.
- When fudge is set, cut into 15 squares. Store at room temperature in an airtight container or in fridge. Keeps for 5 days.
