This double nut chocolate fudge is a chocolate slice delight.

Time 20 min | Chill 2 hr

  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 50g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 200g good-quality dark cooking chocolate, finely chopped
  • 200g block Old Gold Roast Almond Chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped macadamia nuts

  1. Line sides and base of a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, gently heat condensed milk and butter over low heat until melted, stirring continuously. Remove from heat.
  3. Add both chocolates and stir until melted. Stir through macadamias then immediately pour fudge into pan.
  4. Smooth top and refrigerate for 2-4 hr or until firm.
  5. When fudge is set, cut into 15 squares. Store at room temperature in an airtight container or in fridge. Keeps for 5 days.
