- Slice strawberries and combine with raspberries and orange liqueur. Divide between 4 x 1/2-cup capacity ramekins.
- Spoon yoghurt over fruit in each ramekin. Sprinkle with demerara sugar. Place under the grill for 3 min or until caramelised. Serve immediately.
