- Spray a frying pan with oil and brown sausages all over. Remove. Add onion and mushrooms to pan and cook for 5 min. Chop sausages and add to the pan.
- Sprinkle over French onion soup mix and add 1 cup water, stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 8-10 min or until sausages are cooked through completely.
- Stir through the sour cream and some cracked pepper. Serve with cooked pappardelle pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
