- Preheat oven to a moderate 180C (160C fan forced). Score ham on the surface in a criss-cross pattern and place into a deep baking dish.
- Combine Dijon mustard, brown sugar and jam, and brush half over the ham. Place into the oven and roast for 25 min.
- Remove from the oven and add peaches and juice to the baking dish with the dried cranberries. Brush with the remaining glaze, return to oven and bake for 25 min. Serve sliced with fruit and juices. Accompany with mixed salad.
