- Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Lightly grease and line the base of a 25cm springform pan. Place mixed nuts onto a baking tray and roast for 15 min or until golden brown. Let cool.
- Transfer nuts to a food processor, add brown sugar and 100g melted butter and pulse until combined. Press into the base of the pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
- Place unsalted butter, caster sugar and chilli powder or cinnamon in a bowl and beat until creamy, gradually add eggs. Stir in melted chocolate then sour cream. Pour over the base and chill for 6-8 hr. Serve with whipped cream and berry sauce. Garnish with blueberries if desired.
