- Place thickened cream and vanilla in a bowl and beat with electric beaters until fluffy. Fold in cream for desserts, set aside.
- Combine strawberries, biscuits, sugar, Cointreau and juice in a large bowl, stir to combine.
- Layer strawberry mixture, custard and cream mixture into individual glasses. Top with some grated chocolate if desired.
