| Spoil mum this Mother's Day! |

Instead of blowing the budget trying to find Mum a gift she'll like, why not give her an experience to cherish? These ideas are guaranteed to make her feel a million dollars - without you spending it!
Flower power
All women love flowers, and every bride has fond memories of her wedding bouquet. Give Mum a 'blast from the past' by recreating her original wedding bouquet and presenting it to her. Refer to photos of the big day to get an idea of the style and flowers used, then take it to a florist and let them work their magic.
Pack the perfect picnic
Going on a picnic is always nice, but make it special by taking Mum to her favourite place to have it. Serve her favourite foods on a fold-out table covered by a tablecloth and include a cold bottle of champagne and chocolates.
Take her back in time
You'd be amazed how many bands from our mums' younger years are still performing today in local clubs. Check out event websites to see if any of Mum's favourite singers from her teenage years are still doing the rounds - and if they are, get her tickets to see them.
Beautify her
You don't have to fork out for expensive salon treatments to pamper your mother. Instead, let her enjoy being spoilt in the comfort of her own home while you treat her to a very relaxing facial, manicure or pedicure. It costs so little to do and she'll really appreciate the time and effort spent just for her.
Restaurant at home
Treat Mum to a home-cooked meal. Pull out all the stops and create your own 'restaurant' with candles, beautiful table settings and soft music. Present Mum with her own menu and let her enjoy being waited on hand and foot.

| Quit Tip |
|
When you’re out, drink more water and juice. Some people find that simply changing their drink affects their need to reach for a cigarette. |
