That's Life! Magazine and its related companies ("That's Life!", "We", "Our" or "Us") invites forum users ("Users") to post opinions and comments ("Opinions") in the designated areas of the Website with a view to having them published on the Website www.thatslife.com.au.

When using any That's Life! Forums ("Forum"), Users agree to be bound by the Web Site Terms and Conditions of Use which can be found HERE and the following conditions which are collectively referred to as the "Forum Terms and Conditions" hereinafter.

If a User believes an Opinion is offensive, unsuitable or has in some other way breached the Forum Terms and Conditions, please Contact Us  and provide the exact link to the Opinion and the reasons for objection. That's Life! will consider the Opinion's suitability for retention on the Forum.

That's Life!'s rights
1. We retain the right and discretion (but not the obligation) to moderate, edit, delete, reject or remove any Opinion posted on Our Forum and contact the User if deemed necessary, or terminate any User access to the Forum at any time.

2. Users grant That's Life! a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to reproduce and deal with any Opinions submitted by any means necessary (including, without limitation, in print and electronic format).

User obligations
3. Users will not post any Opinion which is (or could reasonably be expected to be):

(a) not their own original work in which copyright is owned, a violation or infringement of a copyright, registered trademark or intellectual property rights of another person or entity;

(b) obscene, offensive, pornographic, vulgar, profane, indecent or otherwise illegal (including false, misleading or deceptive statements) or defamatory to, or fraudulently impersonating, another person or entity;

(c) a vilification either racially or religiously, or incites violence or hatred, or is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability; or

(d) either encouraging or deterring in nature to other Users or magazine readers when participating in any competition or promotion run promoted by That's Life! Magazine.

4. Users will not use the Forum for business purposes including advertising, promoting or soliciting any goods or services, or otherwise engaging in trade or commerce.

5. Any reliance whatsoever a User places on Opinions is done so at the Users own risk.

Indemnities
6. Users agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless That's Life! against any liabilities, claims, costs, loss (including consequential loss) or damage suffered or caused by reason of any Users reliance on any Opinion.

7. Notwithstanding any indemnity provided by a User under these Forum Terms and Conditions, That's Life! retains the right to assume the conduct of any defence to a claim brought against Us, and of any proceeding or appeal issued by Users who agree to provide all reasonable cooperation (including by making available relevant documents) that That's Life! may require from the User/s in relation to any such claim, proceeding or appeal.
