This week it’s Coffee Nutella Martinis – perfect for a girls’ night in or even a DIY hen’s party!
With just six ingredients that are probably already in your cupboard, there also cheap and east to make.
Coffee Nutella Martini
Serves 4, Prep: 15 mins
¾ cup Nutella
2 x 16.5g sachets vanilla latte coffeeÂ
1 cup ice cubesÂ
¼ cup vodka
¼ cup coffee-flavoured liqueurÂ
2 cups vanilla ice-creamÂ
1. Spoon ½ cup of the Nutella into a disposable piping bag. Twist top. Snip tip. Pipe around inside of four martini glasses (300ml-capacity).Â
2. Empty coffee sachets into a medium heatproof jug. Stir in 
1¼ cups hot, not boiling, water with remaining Nutella. Stir until Nutella is melted.Â
3. Pour coffee mixture into a blender with ice cubes, vodka, liqueur and ice-cream. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour evenly into prepared serving glasses. Serve immediately and impress your friends!
